Rehabilitation therapists are available to help patients achieve the highest possible level of daily functioning.. Physical therapists, speech pathologists, and occupational therapists work closely with the doc- tor and the Home Health Care nurse

Home Health Care professionals offer care and support to the patient and the patient's family. The Home Health Care staff becomes the patient's advocate, assisting the patient in achieving individual goals. 

Home Health Care professionals teach the patient and family about medications, diet, and patient care procedures. In addition, they inform participants of the important signs and symptoms to watch for in the patient.
